No Football in 2011?

This weekend is the gathering of the NFL owners in sunny Florida. Of course I was wondering...what will they be talking about. So as I checked NFL.com on this Saturday morning, the headlines disturbed and perplexed me greatly:

With the salary cap, and a set percentage for the players, I always thought of the NFL as balanced, fair and well-put together. But that seems to not be working for the owners.
