  • We hiked Mount Rainer 12 miles

Too Much Hassle....beck

UGH, Matt Hasselbeck you are becoming quite a hassle! Your leg is dead... you can't walk on your heels... and this problem stems from a bulging disk in your back? The injury sounds pretty bad and you sound pretty whiny. I'm reading reports about Witten playing against the Giants DESPITE his broken rib!! Man-up bro. If I was a Seahawk, I'd fly away. You sound like quite a hassle.

SO SORRY

For 10 days, instead of blogging about the NFL, I had to blog about Fashion Week for work. Therefore I have missed a whole SCHLEW of topics I wanted to talk about. Here's the quick and dirty:

1. Philly eagles: Oh, Eagles, I wish you had beat the Cowboys. But how can you when the refs no longer call facemask penalties?

2. Tom Brady: Do I need to comment? It seems like everyone else in the world already has so I'll refrain.

3. Jets: I think the past few games have proven the Jets are better with Farve, but they still suck overall.

4. Giants: Well firstly, they should have never come that close to Cinncy... and the reason they did was because they did not use Plaxico... AT ALL. WTF??!?!

5. RedSkins game: Another reason I was unavailable to blog in the last two weeks is because I was actually traveling attending a game! The Redskins - Saints game. What a fantastic game. I'll do another post with pictures. It's worth expanding on.

6. QBs of the NFL: No one is safe.

7. My Fantasy Teams: OMG, this year i have three teams... so hard to keep track of. But in one league i'm kicking ass, in another i'm sucking ass, and another is the middle of the road.

8. Suicide Pool: I'm already out. Damn you Seattle.

Alexander MIA

I think it's time to call Jack Malone. Shaun Alexander has been missing FAR longer than 24 hours.... dropped off the face of the earth... floating out there as a free agent. Please keep your eyes out for this former Seattle RB. But we all know that after 48 hours...

Where Will Shaun Alexander Go?

Two years after awarded the MVP award, Shaun Alexander has been cut from Seattle Seahawks. OUCH. With injuries and little performance, Seattle has given up on Alexander and has traded for Julius Jones from Dallas. I oddly feel bad for the fella.

While I'm happy for Dallas to lose talent... where will Shaun Alexander go?

I have two guesses: A) Carolina Panthers or B) Denver Broncos

Stevers says Detriot. What do you think? Vote in the poll or leave a comment.

TD's Weren't the Only Thing Brett Was Throwing

Reason# 2 billion 4 thousand sixty five hundred why I LOVE FOOTBALL. For most other popular sports, they'd never play in the conditions that plagued Lambeau field yesterday. The snow storm on the field brought back memories of my days in Worcester, MA where it snowed from October through April.

Although Hasselback and his Seahawks kept the game close for the first half, the Packers took over and railed the Seahawks' defense with a final score of 42-20.

Even though I can't find a clip right now of Brett throwing snow balls at his own teammates, it happened. Maybe if you watch SportsCenter, you'll catch the clip.
