Where Did My Incendiary Posts Go?

No worries, here's one for you Patriots Fans! Recently Davey submitted a question:

Although you are a Giants fan, I have to feel like you are as sick of this SpyGate thing as I am. [Are you?]

The truth is, I've entirely avoided commenting on SpyGate for 'household political' reasons, but I will answer your question: Yes. I am entirely sick of SpyGate.

I do feel that anytime Congressmen or other elected officials interfere with sports, sport rules, or where Week 17 game will be aired... they are clearly too bored with what they're doing and there is a major problem with our country.

I agree that people like Arlen Spector should be focusing on any one of the more important issues that exist today. But then again, 100% of us said we'd watch the opening day game over the Republican Convention.... So maybe this is just a reflection of our country's priorities... what do you think?

I agree once again Sah-Kira. The United States has far, far, far more pressing concerns than whether the New England Patriots are video taping other teams. The NFL has its own rules and adjudication process, the federal government doesn't need to get involved. The war in Iraq, the energy crisis, the economy going down the shitter, come on people get your priorities straight. Arlen Specter still hasn't accepted the fact that the Patriots beat the Eagles in the Super Bowl in 2004 (and yes, the city of Philadelphia still has not won a championship in ANY professional sport) and he clearly holds a grudge. Matt Walsh is full of shit if he had any actual evidence it'd have come out by now. Let's let it go people; the Patriots broke the rules and they've paid their penalty. The 18 games they won are without blemish, so just get over it.
